  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 400 g sliced chicken, shrimp or tofu
  • Lime wedge
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 packet of Blue Dragon 3-Step Pad Thai


  1. Boil 1 Litre of water & add ½ teaspoon of salt. Put the rice noodles into the boiling water for 4-5 minutes and drain immediately rinsing with cold water for a few seconds.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or frying pan on high and cook raw meat for 3-4 minutes, add the sauce and mix in noodles and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add the herbs & spices, continually stirring noodle mixture until well coated with sauce.
  4. Garnish with cilantro, and a wedge of lime.


There are many ways you can tailor your own Pad Thai: • Add veggies to the dish • Add 1 cup of bean sprouts while cooking • Add toasted chopped peanuts before serving
