Ingredients
- 1 can of Blue Dragon Coconut Milk
- ½ cup of icing sugar
- 1 lime
Instructions
- Pour the can of Blue Dragon Coconut Milk into a jug and mix in with the icing sugar.
- Finely grate the zest of the whole lime and add to the mixture.
- Squeeze the juice of half the lime into the mixture.
- Mix well and then pour into the mould.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- To remove the lollies, dip the mould in hot water for a few seconds, then carefully remove the lollies.
