A Chinese style sauce with soy sauce and Chinese five spice.


  • 2 portions Blue Dragon Egg Noodles
  • 1/2 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion - sliced
  • 2/3 cup mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 cup beansprouts
  • 1 sachet Blue Dragon Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or frying pan and add the chicken; stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the sliced vegetables and stir fry for a further minute.
  3. Add the sauce along with the pre-cooked drained noodles and stir fry for 1 minute.
  4. Serve immediately.
