Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb chicken breast - thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion - sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper - sliced
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1 satchet Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, add the chicken and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the vegetables and fry for a further minute.
  3. Pour over the sauce and heat through.

Notes

Serve with noodles or rice.
