Ingredients
- 2 large Portobello caps
- 180ml of Blue Dragon Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce
Instructions
- Prior to cooking, coat the portobello caps in the Blue Dragon Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce and let sit for at least one hour before cooking
- Place on barbecue at medium heat
- Ensure the portobellos are soft and cooked through, remove from heat and use as a substitute for a burger bun, or eat alone
