An intense combination of Szechuan pepper and chili flakes with tomatoes, spring onions and light soy sauce. Finished with coriander leaf.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, raw
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup pea pods or sugar snap peas
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 sachet Blue Dragon Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry vegetables and saute one minute.
  2. Add shrimp and cook one more minute until pink and serve.

Notes

May substitute chicken or duck for diced beef, shrimp, and/or vegetables
