It is said that getting a new look for the New Year will prevent evil spirits from recognizing your face. You look great already, so why not give dinner a makeover instead, with Sweet Chili Satay. Juicy cubes of chicken combined in the perfect blend of peanuts, chili, and lime bring delicately sweet flavors to the table. And it’s fit for any celebration, even after New Years. Best served with our Sweet Chili Sauce and a refreshing cucumber salad.


  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3.8 fl. oz. (140 mL) Blue Dragon General Tao Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) lime juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Blue Dragon Sweet Chili Sauce


  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes
  2. Toss with Blue Dragon General Tao Stir Fry Sauce, peanut butter and lime juice.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or for up to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Thread chicken onto eight 6-inch bamboo skewers
  5. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with Blue Dragon Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping.


The cooking process is fast, so make sure your cutting and chopping is done beforehand and close by.
