On the second day of the Chinese New Year the Chinese pray to their ancestors. Why wait until the second day of the Chinese New Year? Enjoy delicious Chinese food year round with friends & family. Simply smother your wok in Sweet & Sour sauce, light a candle and celebrate your herit-age any day of the week with lean strips of pork, fresh mushrooms, beansprouts and snow peas.


  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 0.66lb (300g) pork fillet, cut into thin strips
  • 0.17lb (75g) mushrooms, sliced
  • 0.11lb (50g) bean sprouts
  • 0.11lb (50g) sugar snap or snow peas
  • 3.5 fl. oz. (105ml) Blue Dragon Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the pork strips. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms, peas and beansprouts and stir fry for another minute.
  3. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Serve with rice or noodles.


If ingredients start sticking together, pull them apart with a few tablespoons of water.
