A fresh Asian dish perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 200g spaghettini, cooked
  • 1/4 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup zucchini, thinly shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar pea
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, shredded
  • 1/2 inch knob of fresh ginger, thingly shredded
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 satchet Blue Dragon Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp light soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a well oiled wok, sautée onions and ginger until fragrant. Add broccoli and sugar peas. Sauté until slightly cooked, add chow mein sauce and noodles. Heat through ingredients.
  2. To finish add zucchini, red peppers and bean sprouts.
  3. Splash soya sauce on side of hot wok. Stir well. Heat off, mix in sesame oil.
