Red, red, red. It’s the color of love, good fortune and some hot chili. Bring all shades of delicious home with Pad Thai Beef Stir Fry. It’s a great way to enjoy a healthy and hearty Thai feast without dialing for takeout. In fact, it’s so easy, even the kids can make it. *wink wink*


  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 0.16lb (75g) green beans, cut in half
  • 0.16lb (75g) mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, cut into strips
  • 4 shallots, cut into quarters
  • 3.6 fl. oz. (103ml) Blue Dragon Pad Thai Stir Fry Sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the vegetables, stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Serve with rice or noodles


If serving on a bed of noodles, shock them with cold water after draining to prevent overcooking.
